FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How many days am I expected to train?

- We identify your strengths and weaknesses to build a structured program to what best suits you. It could be any where from 2-6 days a week.

2. Do I receive meals plans?

- Yes there will be a generic meal plan however, there are plenty of meal recipes to choose from that are macro-friendly to assure you enjoy all that you eat.

3. Do I have to cut out carbs to lose weight?

- No, you do receive a nutrition protocol tailored to your specific goal. This will identify how much food is required for you to achieve either dropping body fat or gaining muscle.

4. What do I do on the days I don’t train PT with you?

- You have access to your own individualized program & 200+ exercise videos to assure you are on track.

5. Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

- No, my studio gym doesn’t require a membership. It only requires a choice of service of either 1 on 1 Personal Training or Semi-Private Group Classes.

6. What if I don’t know how to track my food?

-You will learn the advanced understandings of Training & Nutrition… Tracking being one of the main areas as this will develop long term benefits.
