- We identify your strengths and weaknesses to build a structured program to what best suits you. It could be any where from 2-6 days a week.
- Yes there will be a generic meal plan however, there are plenty of meal recipes to choose from that are macro-friendly to assure you enjoy all that you eat.
- No, you do receive a nutrition protocol tailored to your specific goal. This will identify how much food is required for you to achieve either dropping body fat or gaining muscle.
- You have access to your own individualized program & 200+ exercise videos to assure you are on track.
- No, my studio gym doesn’t require a membership. It only requires a choice of service of either 1 on 1 Personal Training or Semi-Private Group Classes.
