Semi Private Coaching Is a program that provides you with a individualized structured program tailored towards your goal.

Working alongside other individuals in a semi-private coaching session.

You will be able to choose between a range of available time slots each day across the morning to evening.

This gives you access to 2x sessions a week only with a max of 4 persons per session.

All our sessions are designed to help you lose fat, build muscle, get fitter and gain strength.

Our training program will consist of Strength & Fitness workouts that is best tailored to your current program and goal.

This also includes such as:
